we are just about to finish our first quarter of school! this week, the chemistry students were given the challenge of making a periodic table of the elements arranged in a new way – here are their projects!

fantastic field trips

last week was the week of the field trip – what a great way to end our first quarter of school!

the high school went to see “To Kill a Mockingbird” at Steppenwolf Theatre on Wednesday, the Ancient World Literature class went to the Art Institute of Chicago for a tour and got a sneak peak at the new armor exhibit opening soon.

On Friday all grades 7-12th went on a 90 minute tour of the Lyric Opera building
